Designed and built in 1929 by George Mackay, the Kress building has stood as a pillar of commerce for generations of Weld County residents. In that time many businesses have called the Kress building home and Landmark Builders is proud to be part of that history. As a general contractor Landmark was ask to bring the second floor of this once great building to its original luster. With a complete overhaul of all essential building components we were able to achieve a modern yet simple look that made the environment a pleasure to work in while maintaining the rich atmosphere of a timeless building.
